The Std 8 students of Smt. Sunitidevi Singhania School participated in the workshop Self- Worth vs Social Media conducted by the CDLC department at the MPH of the school on 24th January, 2023. The workshop started with series of self-assessment questions which helped all to reflect on how the social media is influencing our behavior consciously or unconsciously. The faculty highlighted the harmful impact on excessive use of social media and counselled the children on practices one can adopt to avoid peer pressure and move away from excessive use of social media. The session motivated them to avoid peer pressure, believe in oneself and to always pursue the right path. The whole session was very informative and a life changing experience.
