A workshop on mental wellness was arranged for the teachers and the school staff. Dr. Anil Garg, a great motivator and a motivational speaker along with his team analysed and discussed all relevant points in a systematic manner.

Dr. Garg used real life case studies, experiences, role play and games to provide accurate and adequate information. The objective was to instil and inculcate a positive attitude and live a happy and healthy life.

Meditation was also a part of the workshop and it helped the teachers to relax their minds and unwind. By the end of this course, participants had developed a positive approach towards awareness of mental health & well-being.
