Science in Action! This week during Stay Back, our budding scientists of Class 6 and 9 explored the fascinating world of Energy as part of our Science Club Activity. Topic: Conversion of Energy - Potential to Kinetic Energy Our students constructed their own cotton-ball launchers using simple materials like paper tubes, rubber bands and pencils. It was amazing to see their excitement as they pulled back the launcher - storing elastic potential energy - and watched it transform into kinetic energy as the cotton balls shot forward! The activity was not just fun, but a powerful hands-on learning experience. Students: ✨ Understood the concept of energy transformation ✨ Learned to measure distance and record observations ✨ Applied scientific thinking in a creative way The joy on their faces said it all - learning science by doing is always more fun!
