Sorting words into two lovely glasses was such a delightful adventure! One glass was elegantly labeled "A" and the other adorned with the graceful "AN" for our special sorting activity. The children were given a collection of words (like names of things) and embarked on a journey to organize them based on their gentle beginnings. Words that started with a consonant, which are like the sturdy rocks of our language, found their place in the "A" glass. While, those beginning with the soft melodies of vowels ('a', 'e', 'i', 'o', 'u') jumped into the glass with 'An'.
