Pre-Primary Guru Purnima Celebration

Nelson Mandela once said, “Education is the most powerful weapon you can use to change the world.”

Smt. Sunitidevi Singhania School celebrated the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima with a lot of reverence. Guru Purnima is celebrated on the full moon day in the Hindu month of Ashadha. Guru Purnima marks the relationship between students and teachers. Students paid respect to the teachers with flowers and sought their blessings.

In today’s time, it has been said that teachers play the most important role in the lives of students. Apart from imparting education and teaching other co-curricular and non-curricular skills, teachers also familiarize students with values and life skills that help them deal with the outside world once they become adults.

Std 5 to 9 students shared the importance of the same, sang rhymes, songs and taught the SRKG children to make an Origami Paper plane.
