The festival of lights, Diwali, was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm by the little ones of Junior KG at our school. The tiny tots came dressed in bright traditional clothes, adding charm and colour to the celebration. To introduce the children to the significance of Diwali, teachers narrated simple stories about the festival and its traditions. The kids enjoyed listening and learning about why we celebrate Diwali – the victory of good over evil and light over darkness. The children participated in fun activities such as:  Diya decoration  Making paper lanterns  Singing festive songs and rhymes  Post card making Laughter, happiness, and festive cheer filled the air as the little ones danced, shared sweets, and enjoyed the spirit of togetherness. The celebration ended with a gentle reminder to celebrate a safe and eco-friendly Diwali. It was a day full of light, love, and lots of smiles!
