*Our tiny tots at pre primary*  celebrated Gudi Padwa, the Maharashtrian New Year on 8th April 2024 with immense zeal and enthusiasm. The event was a vibrant display of culture and tradition.

For this special occasion, children came dressed in Maharashtrian attire / traditional dress. They brought traditional Maharashtrian delicacies like  puranpoli, shrikhand  puri to school. Children hoisted a gudi which was decorated beautifully with a bright cloth, neem leaves and garlands thus ringing in the Maharashtrian new year by offering Prayers and blessings . 

The celebration brought together students from diverse backgrounds, highlighting the inclusive spirit of our school community.

The Gudi Padwa celebration exemplified the importance of preserving cultural heritage and fostering unity in diversity. It was a memorable event, promising more such celebrations in the future.
