An exhilarating adventure filled with fun, learning, and camaraderie at the Scout and Guide camp in Smt. Sunitidevi Singhania School, Thane.

The event was graced by our beloved Principal Mrs. Lakshmi Madhusudan madam and the Chief Guest Mr. Kiran Lahane, the District Organizer scout.

This year the special focus was on the cold cooking, traditional chulah cooking, exciting games, and captivating decorations. Our students learnt the art of preparing delicious and nutritious meals without the need for traditional stoves. An experience of the rich traditional chulah cooking, where food is prepared over an open fire under the guidance of our very own Home Science Teacher. Thrilling and exciting indoor games were conducted and the enthusiasm could be seen amongst the young students.

The highlight of the day was the theme based class decorations where one could immerse oneself in the enchanting ambiance of being in space or literally in wonderland, being amongst the superheroes, under the sea and also in a historical extravaganza, adorned with creative and vibrant decorations, students very creatively brought out the theme chosen. The day ended with the much awaited display of talents at the cultural fest, and with their amazing dance moves, the students provided a visual and musical treat to the audience. The bonfire was lit around which students danced and enjoyed.

Sir Kiran Lahane was highly impressed by the innovative ideas by which students decorated their classrooms. He also appreciated students creativity in conducting various activities according to the theme given to them. He was mesmerized to see the young scouts and Guides taking part in the camp so enthusiastically.

The camp on the whole was a day filled with lots of fun and learning.
