International Yoga Day was celebrated on 21st June 2023 at Smt. Sunitidevi Singhania School, Thane with great enthusiasm bringing together students, teachers and staff members. The day began with a special assembly where the significance of yoga was highlighted, emphasizing its physical and mental well-being. Students started their day with pranayama, various asanas and breathing exercises. The celebration of International Yoga Day in our school aimed to promote a healthy lifestyle and instil the value of self-care among students, fostering a positive and balanced approach towards life.
