On June 21, 2024, Suniti Devi Singhania School, Thane celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm and zeal. The event aimed to promote the importance of yoga in daily life, particularly among students. Program Highlights: 1. Yoga Session: A specialized yoga instructor, led a 45-minute yoga session, which included various asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation techniques. 2. Student Participation: Students from classes I to X participated in the yoga session, showcasing their flexibility, balance, and concentration. 3. Students were also guided on yoga's benefits and principles.
