Students of Grade 3 underwent a very interactive session on understanding the importance of a First Aid kit and gaining practical knowledge on its uses.

Theory classes were conducted to familiarize them with the need and uses of the First Aid box. This was followed by a group activity wherein students prepared a First Aid kit in the classroom.

Through the activity, they understood the various elements that are essential to a First Aid box and the purpose of each of the items in it.

Teachers demonstrated to students the right way of applying a bandage. They then involved the student in a group activity where they were asked to apply bandages to each other. This gave them a practical exposure into how a First Aid kit is used. Quite a fun activity it turned out be with the students thoroughly enjoying themselves.
