GRADE 1 ICT ACTIVITY – RESIZING, MIRRORING, FLIPPING & SMUDGING IN TUX PAINT From Little Clicks to Amazing Creativity! Our Grade 1 students have shown remarkable improvement in using the mouse and creating digital artwork with Tux Paint! Learning Through Digital Exploration Students practised resizing images, mirroring and flipping objects, and using the smudge tool to create interesting effects. They explored these features with enthusiasm while improving their mouse control and digital skills. From June to Today – What an Improvement! In June, many students were still learning how to hold and operate the mouse. Today, it is wonderful to see their improved mouse handling, better control, growing confidence and ability to use Tux Paint tools independently. Their progress is truly amazing! Little Hands, Big Achievements! This activity reflects how regular practice, patience and hands-on learning help young learners develop digital skills while expressing their creativity.
