Sweet Treats with Singular and Plural Nouns! Our Grade 2 students had a delightful time learning about Singular and Plural Nouns through a fun and creative cupcake activity! Each child started with colouring cupcake cut-outs — the top icing part was used to write singular words and the bottom base for plural words. The classroom turned into a bright bakery of learning, filled with sweet examples of how one becomes many! Through this activity students revised the concept of singular (one) and plural (many). They learnt to form plurals using different spelling rules and the hands-on cupcake activity made grammar learning fun and memorable!
