“Pick, Solve, Drop!” Today, our classroom turned into a fun subtraction zone! The children picked up plain white chits—each chit hiding a subtraction equation. Like little math detectives, they read out the equation and got straight to solving it. Once they cracked the answer, they went around searching for the glass with the matching number. When they found the right one… drop! went the chit into the correct answer glass. This playful activity helped children: Think quickly Understand subtraction in a hands-on way Build confidence with numbers Enjoy learning through movement The room was full of excitement as children solved sums, found their answers, and proudly dropped their chits. Subtraction became simple, active, and a lot of fun!
