“Christmas isn’t a season. It’s a feeling.” -Edna Ferber

The Christmas Symbol activities were held on 23rd December 2021, where students of each grade had to create different Christmas symbols creatively. Std 1 made Santa and Christmas tree with candy sticks, while Std 2 made very interesting bread cake. The students of Std 3 made snowman book marks with ice-cream sticks and Std 4 made Christmas cards which they would post to their loved ones. Students came up with different ideas and did their level best to make their creation look very attractive. The teachers were proud to see their children doing the activity all by themselves.

We all love Christmas and wanted to make this Christmas season a memorable one. The students were all excited for the celebration. They were happy to attend the online celebration in coloured clothes. Many of them sported their Christmas caps; some wore Santa Claus masks and hair bands and were ready for the celebration. The celebration began with a prayer. The students enjoyed playing games which were conducted online by the teachers. They danced on festive songs. Few even sang Christmas carols, where the students along with their teachers brought about the feel of joy and happiness.

The teachers put in a lot of effort to make this day a memorable one. The students did miss being in the school on this festive occasion.

The celebration ended by wishing each other “Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.”
